Tribute Ads

If Marketing Materials include the name, identity, testimonial, statement, biographical information, photograph, film, video or audio recording, voice, likeness and/or logo of any person or entity, then an appropriate release and consent form must be obtained.

Also, if we are congratulating a person or person’s name is in the sole proprietorship company name, you MUST obtain a release and consent form from that individual even if that person does not know they are being congratulated prior to the event.

Exception: Using the name of a Charity in a tribute ad, does not require release/consent form.

 

Tier 1 - Custom Creative


Custom image and copy, used for ads or sponsorships that meet the following criteria:

  • Relationship priority (breath, depth)
  • Donation amount
  • Segment priority
  • Honoree
  • Sponsorship
  • Organization
  • Creative time total = 10 days*

Additional hours/budget for these requests to come from LOB budget

*Creative time includes both design and copy, is general and is based on having all required elements at project start.

 





Tier 2 - Congratulations / Thank you
