Writing for Digital Products (DEX)

The Digital Experiences Content Design Guide, or DEX, provides guidance on how to write copy for digital products owned by Consumer and Commercial Banking Products (CCBP).

This guide is intended to be used for authenticated digital products – those that require login credentials for clients or colleagues to access – across Personal Banking or Business Banking, including (but not limited to):

Clear, concise, and empathetic communication is critical when clients use our digital products to take important steps in their financial journeys, including payments, transfers, statements and tax documentation, and numerous other transactional activities available within our authenticated desktop and mobile experiences.
